Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we are all getting used to a new normal, it is indeed a pleasure to note how well our children have adapted to Covid-19 protocols. We are already in the middle of a very cold winter and we request parents to ensure children are warmly dressed. Children who are awaiting school tracksuits will be allowed to wear warm jackets and tights/stockings in the school colours.
Kindly note subjects including Music, CAPA, Computers and Library studies are being conducted in your child’s class.
Parent/Guardian Contact Information
Please ensure that the School Office is kept informed of any changes in personal details, such as e-mail, postal address and telephone numbers etc. All emergency contact details must be up to date in the event we need to contact you. If your child may have any medical condition that needs to be brought to our attention, kindly inform your child’s teacher and the school principal as soon as possible.

Please note July 1st is a holiday. School resumes at 7.30am on Thursday 2nd July 2020. School gates will open at 6.50am.
Facemasks
It has been noted that children are forgetting their masks at home hence we request all parents to ensure that children are wearing their masks before they leave home for school.
PTA Executive meeting held on 23rd June 2020
We had a successful PTA Executive Meeting with all the executive members present to discuss suggestions brought forward by some parents and to appraise them about all the provisions and procedures that the school has put in place in regards to the new normal. We look forward to continue working with them and all parents for the welfare of the school and our children. Kindly note the school calendar is in the process of being finalized.
Standard 7 Reports
Standard 7 parents have been sent their child’s report for term 1. If you may have any queries regarding your child’s performance kindly contact the class teacher.
PSLEs
Our Standard 7s are focused and determined on completing their syllabus. The teachers have already started revision for some subjects. The new PSLE time table is out and exams will be conducted from Monday 12th October to Monday 19th October 2020. The timetable will be sent out soon.
Civvies day
Children will come in Civvies on Friday 17th July 2020. Parents should ensure children are appropriately dressed in warm attire.
President’s Day holiday
Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st July 2020 are holidays. School resumes at 7.30am on Wednesday 22nd July 2020.
C.A. Tests
C.A. tests for term 2 will take place from Friday 24th July to Friday 31st July 2020.
Kindly assist children with their homework and revision work. Teachers will also ensure that children who need extra help are assisted.
Term 2 School fees
We would like to thank parents who have paid up the fees in full for the current term. We urge all parents to pay any outstanding school fees on or before 30th June 2020. To make any arrangements, kindly contact the bursar immediately. School fee can be paid directly at the school or via bank transfer.
